NOVELTY - A film-forming surface treatment agent comprises component (A) comprising 30-45 parts mass fluoroethylene-vinyl ether type fluorocarbon resin, 0.5-1 part mass graphene, titania, and mesoporous silica composite particles, 3-5 parts mass perfluorosilane-surface-treated nano alumina, 0.5-1 part mass wetting dispersant, 0.3-0.6 part mass defoamer, 0.4-0.6 part mass leveling agent, 4-6 parts mass hydroxyethyl cellulose, and 8-12 parts mass dispersion medium, component (B) comprising 20-26 parts mass polysilazane adhesive resin synthesized by reaction of trifluoropropylmethyldichlorosilane, methyltrichlorosilane and ammonia and 6-10 parts mass dispersion medium, and component (C) comprising 3-6 parts mass isocyanate curing agent. USE - Film-forming surface treatment agent. ADVANTAGE - The film-forming surface treatment agent has long-term self-cleaning performance, and excellent weather resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance. The surface treatment agent reduces the usage amount of isocyanate curing agent, and combines the mesoporous silica and graphene to expand the space between layers, which is good for dispersing graphene. The surface treatment agent integrally couples the coupling agent with titania to improve the mechanical property of the film layer, provides excellent antibacterial property by the combination of silica and titania, reduces static adsorption by the addition of graphene, uniformly disperses the composite particles in the slurry and improves the surface hardness by the combination with alumina. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for coating and molding preparation of the film-forming surface treatment agent, which involves stir-mixing, or stir-mixing and grinding components (A,B,C), coating the obtained slurry on a substrate, and curing at normal temperature, or heating the film layer after room-temperature curing.
