NOVELTY - A resin composition comprises a resin, and a coated carbon material comprising a carbon material having graphene structure, and a cyclic compound which coats portion(s) of surface of the carbon material. The cyclic compound comprises 1 or more heterocyclic rings chosen from furan ring and dihydrofuran ring. USE - Resin composition is used as coating agent and lubricating agent, and for forming cured component e.g. film. ADVANTAGE - The resin composition has excellent dispersion stability and chemical stability, and enables formation of cured material having excellent mechanical characteristics, wear resistance and breaking strength, due to the presence of the carbon black.
