▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing counter electrode of a dye sensitized solar cell comprises (i) carrying out chemical oxidization of graphite to obtain water soluble single-layer or multi-layer graphene, dissolving graphene in water, and treating under ultrasonic waves, or preparing an organic soluble grapheme and dissolving single-layer or multi-layer graphene in organic solvent, (ii) placing water soluble graphene or the organic soluble graphene on the surface of a glass substrate, and (iii) reducing the glass substrate with the single-layer or multi-layer graphene thin film by a reducing agent. USE - The method is useful for transferring electrons generated by a dye sensitized titanium dioxide thin film to an electrolyte. ADVANTAGE - The method has improved efficiency of photoelectric conversion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing counter electrode of a dye sensitized solar cell comprises (i) carrying out chemical oxidization of graphite to obtain water soluble single-layer or multi-layer grapheme, dissolving single-layer or multi-layer graphene in water, and treating under ultrasonic waves to dissolve completely, where the concentration of the graphene solution is between 0.1 and 10 mg/ml, or preparing an organic soluble grapheme from graphite by organic functionalization of graphite, dissolving single-layer or multi-layer graphene in organic solvent, and treating under ultrasonic waves to dissolve completely, where the concentration of the graphene solution is between 0.1 and 10 mg/ml, (ii) placing water soluble graphene or the organic soluble graphene on the surface of a glass substrate and allowing to stand at a normal temperature for 12-72 hours, and drying in air to obtain single-layer or multi-layer graphene thin film, and (iii) reducing the glass substrate with the single-layer or multi-layer graphene thin film by a reducing agent for 24 hours, or roasting in the presence of nitrogen or argon gas atmosphere at 400-600 degrees C for 2-4 hours to obtain counter electrode of a dye sensitized solar cell with the glass substrate coated with single-layer or multi-layer graphene based thin film.
