▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The tensile array flexible fabric pressure sensor comprises a single-layer pressure sensitive layer and multiple electrodes, which are inserted in two sides of the pressure-sensitive layer. The electrode comprises a row electrode group and a column electrode group, where the row electrode group and the column electrode group are crossed and not contacted. An integrated row electrode (2) is divided into multiple sections of upper section row electrode (21) and a lower section row electrode (22). A non-conductive fiber is provided as a natural fiber or chemical fiber. The non-conductive fiber is provided as a cotton fiber, viscose fiber, chinlon fiber and a polyester fiber. A material of a conductive layer is selected from at least one of carbon black, carbon graphene tube, polyaniline, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate or silver nano particles and copper nano particles. USE - Tensile array flexible fabric pressure sensor for use in a smart wearable technical field (Claimed). Can also be used in artificial intelligence, health monitoring and man-machine interaction fields. ADVANTAGE - The tensile array flexible fabric pressure sensor is provided with a single-layer structure with characteristics of lightness, stability, high resolution and adjustable range. The tensile array flexible fabric pressure sensor is provided with excellent stretchability, fatigue resistance, bending resistance and gas permeability. The preparation process of the sensor is performed in a simple and economic manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of a stretchable array flexible fabric pressure sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a tensile array flexible fabric pressure sensor.
