▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor has a conductive sensing layer provided with surface micro-structure features set in pairs. The conductive sensing layer is provided with a base layer. The base layer is made of macromolecule elastomer film doped with heat expansion microsphere by performing heating and foaming process. A surface of the conductive sensing layer is provided with a micro-structure film material matrix layer of a micro-convex structure caused by heat expansion of an inner heat expansion micro-sphere. A conductive coating is formed on a surface of the substrate layer with the micro-convex structure. The conductive coating is gold, platinum, graphene, carbon nano-tube and polypyrrole. USE - Bionic micro-structure surface feature flexible mechanical sensor. ADVANTAGE - The flexible mechanical sensor has simple preparation technique, low cost, and large batch preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a bionic micro-structure surface feature flexible mechanical sensor.
