▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A zinc powder extender is prepared by using expanded graphite as raw material, coating graphene slurry with inorganic powder by high-speed stirring and dispersion, drying and removing solvent, the content of graphene in graphene slurry is 0.5-10 wt.%, the specific surface area of graphene after drying graphene slurry is greater than or equal to 80 m2/g, the fineness of inorganic powder is greater than or equal to 200 mesh, and the weight ratio of inorganic powder and graphene is 100:(0.05-10). The coating process of graphene slurry with inorganic powder, involves adding inorganic powder into mixer or dispersing machine for high-speed stirring and dispersing, atomizing graphene slurry and uniformly spraying to inorganic powder using high pressure pump and nozzle. USE - Zinc powder extender. ADVANTAGE - The zinc powder extender ensuring excellent anticorrosive performance is prepared by simple and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of zinc powder extender, which involves (1) dispersing expanded graphite in solvent, decentralizing and shear at high speed to obtain graphene slurry, (2) pouring inorganic powder into blender or disperser for high-speed stirring and dispersing, the maximum linear velocity of stirring blade is greater than or equal to 20 m/second, atomizing graphene slurry and uniformly spraying into inorganic powder using high-pressure pump and nozzle, the diameter of nozzle is less than or equal to 3 mm and the pressure of high pressure pump is greater than or equal to 20 atmospheres, drying and removing solvent.
