▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High sensitive ammonia sensor with enhanced nano homogeneous porous film is a silicon dioxide nano-pore membrane (SIM)/ reduced graphene oxide (rGO)/ interdigitated electrode (IDE) sensor. The sensor firstly modifies a layer of rGO on the top of the IDE at the sensing interface where in-situ growth of SIM take place. The SIM and IDE is connected by nano-pores. When ammonia gas is detected, ammonia gas molecules are enriched in nano-pores of SIM and undergoes a chemical reaction at the rGO of the IDE through nano-pores at the bottom of IDE. The resistance value of the IDE is changed to form a detection signal for quantitative detection of ammonia gas concentration. USE - High sensitivity ammonia sensor with enhanced nano-pore memebrane. ADVANTAGE - The SIM/rGO/IDE sensor is a reusable fast-response sensor, and its resistance change rate to ammonia reaches 90% of the maximum value within 94 s. When it is desorbed by exhausting the air for repeated use, it returns to the initial value of the reusable stable resistance within 126 s, and its fast response performance is to complete the test and within 5 min. The resistance value is restored. The high-sensitivity ammonia sensor has enhanced nano-pore membrane, which can realize high sensitivity detection of parts per billion level ammonia gas.
