NOVELTY - 150 mg Graphene/silver powder is mixed with distilled water to obtain graphene/silver dispersion. Obtained graphene/silver dispersion liquid is mixed with methionine solution, to obtain graphene/silver/methionine mixture. Copper nitrate solution is gradually added to obtained graphene/silver/methionine mixture, stirred, and sodium hydroxide solution is added and pH is adjusted to 6-8. The obtained mixture is centrifuged for 30 minutes at the rotational speed of 2000 rpm, and dried to obtain graphene/silver/copper methionine nanoaggregate. USE - Preparation of graphene/silver/copper methionine nanoaggregate used for biocompatible electrode, biosensor and molecular magnets. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides graphene/silver/copper methionine nanoaggregate by simple and easy method with excellent repeatability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 100 mg Graphite oxide is weighed and added to 250 ml beaker, and 100 ml distilled water is added to obtain suspension of graphite oxide. The obtained suspension is cleaned by low-power ultrasonic cleaner at room temperature, to obtain graphene oxide dispersion. The resultant dispersion is centrifuged in the rotational speed of 8000 rpm for 30 minutes, and the resultant translucent liquid is transferred to a clean glass bottle. 300 mg Silver nitrate is dissolved in 20 ml distilled water, and resultant solution is dripped in graphene oxide dispersion, and stirred. 0.02 ml Hydrazine hydrate solution (50%) in 10 ml distilled water, is gradually dripped in graphene oxide mixture of silver nitrate, to obtain graphene/silver dispersion. The obtained dispersion is dried in a drying oven to obtain graphene/silver powder. 150 mg Obtained graphene/silver powder is added to 250 ml beaker, and 100 ml distilled water is added and ultrasonically processed to obtain graphene/silver dispersion. 2.977 g L-Methionine is added to 100 ml beaker, and 50 ml distilled water is added, and gradually heated under stirring condition to obtain methionine solution. The obtained graphene/silver dispersion liquid is placed in a magnetic stirrer, and methionine solution is gradually added, and stirred to obtain graphene/silver/methionine mixture having pH of 4. 0.2416 g Hydrated copper nitrate is added into 50 ml beaker, and 20 ml distilled water is added to obtain copper nitrate solution having pH of 3. The obtained copper nitrate solution is gradually added to obtained graphene/silver/methionine mixture, stirred, and 30% sodium hydroxide solution is added and the pH is adjusted to 6-8. The obtained mixture is centrifuged for 30 minutes at the rotational speed of 2000 rpm, and dried to obtain graphene/silver/copper methionine nanoaggregates.
