NOVELTY - Preparing hollow graphene polyester fiber involves preparing graphene biomass masterbatch by stirring and dispersing 40-60 wt.% biomass graphene powder, 10-30 wt.% dispersant, and 10-30 wt.% surfactant, and blending biomass graphene particles and polyester powder in a weight ratio of (20-25%):(75-80%) to obtain a reaction mixture, where the dispersant is selected from one of Pluronic P123 (RTM: symmetric triblock copolymer), Pluronic (RTM: difunctional block copolymer surfactant) F68, or Pluronic F127. USE - Method for preparing hollow graphene polyester fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare hollow graphene polyester fiber, which has antibacterial and antistatic function, thermal and fluffy properties, and good biocompatibility, does not produce chemical substances and components harmful to the human body, and is a non-toxic, environment-friendly, and efficient functional textile. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing hollow graphene polyester fiber involves preparing graphene biomass masterbatch by stirring and dispersing 40-60 wt.% biomass graphene powder, 10-30 wt.% dispersant, and 10-30 wt.% surfactant, and blending biomass graphene particles and polyester powder in a weight ratio of (20-25%):(75-80%) to obtain a reaction mixture, where the dispersant is selected from one of Pluronic P123 (RTM: symmetric triblock copolymer), Pluronic (RTM: difunctional block copolymer surfactant) F68, or Pluronic F127. The reaction mixture is dried, extruded by screw, melted, cooled, cut, and again dried to produce graphene biomass masterbatch. The graphene biomass masterbatch and polyester fiber are blended in a weight ratio of (5-10%):(90-95%), dried, and then sieved by using a profiled spinneret to produce hollow graphene polyester fiber biomass.
