▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The graphene-based D-type dual-core fiber M-Z modulator comprises a dual-core optical fiber (3) which is placed in a V-shaped groove (1), fixed with epoxy glue (4), and then tossed perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the dual-core optical fiber to obtain a D-shaped dual-core optical fiber structure. A graphene layer (7) and the H-BN transition layer are deposited in the side polishing area, and a metal electrode (5) is prepared on an H-BN transition layer (6). The change in magnitude of the voltage applied by the metal electrode causes the refractive index of graphene layer to change, so as to change the effective refractive index of the modulation arm of the dual-core optical fiber and cause an additional phase difference between the two light waves. The phase difference between the two light waves are continuously changed between 0-2 pi through the corresponding external signal, so as to realize the continuous modulation of the output light intensity between 0-P0. USE - Graphene-based D-type dual-core fiber M-Z modulator. ADVANTAGE - The modulator increases the strength and toughness of the composite layer on the coated surface of the optical fiber, and can effectively prevent the equivalent capacitance model formed by the two layers of graphene and the transition layer from being broken down by the applied voltage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-based D-type dual-core fiber M-Z modulator. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of graphene-based Dtype dual-core fiber M-Z modulator.
