▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing platinum-based alloy catalyst comprises (i) dissolving a cobalt salt in a solvent, and adding alkali containing ammonia to form sol, (ii) heating the sol and mixing with carbon carrier, and drying to remove the solvent to obtain cobalt oxide modified carbon, and (iii) taking the carbon modified by a cobalt oxide as carrier, mixing with a platinum salt, taking polyol as the solvent, heating, adding acid to settle, removing the solvent, and washing to obtain platinum-based alloy catalyst. USE - The method for preparing platinum-based alloy catalyst useful in preparing proton exchange membrane fuel cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient and stable preparation of platinum-based alloy catalyst with high yield. The catalyst has stable property and has batch advantage. The reduction process can protect the reduced platinum nanoparticles by using the method of polyol reduction, avoiding particle aggregation. The method avoids the problem of difficult alloying caused by the difference of reduction potential, and avoids the long-time heating and reducing. The ammonium root buffer ions introduced in the process, can buffer the pH change of the reaction system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIMS is also included for a platinum-based alloy catalyst, obtained by the method as mentioned.
