DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing electrode, comprising (a) producing a substrate, (b) forming an graphene oxide layer on the substrate, (c) forming a metal layer on the substrate, and (d) obtaining a reduced graphene oxide layer and a metal oxide layer by oxidation-reduction reaction the metal layer and the graphene oxide layer simultaneously.
