▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide glaze-modified polishing ceramic tile involves mixing graphene oxide slurry, water softener and water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a mixture (M1), adding glaze powder, methyl compound powder, mixture (M1) and grinding balls to a ball mill tank, ball-milling to obtain glaze (A), coating the glaze (A) on a ceramic component, drying, adding water softener, water, glaze powder, methyl compound powder and grinding balls to the ball-milling tank, ball-milling to obtain glaze (B), uniformly coating the glaze (B) on the dried ceramic component, drying, placing the dried coated ceramic component in a roller kiln, sintering, and polishing glaze layer formed using the glaze (B) on the obtained graphene oxide glaze-modified polished tile initial product. The glaze (A) comprises 0.33-9.71 wt.% graphene oxide slurry, 0.19-0.37 wt.% water softener, 22.81-26.84 wt.% water, 0.05-0.18 wt.% methyl compound powder, and remaining glaze powder. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide glaze-modified polishing ceramic tile. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene oxide glaze modified polishing ceramic tile, which has excellent compressive strength of glaze A crystal layer, and reduces the influence of polishing glaze surface, reduces the viscosity, improves the expansion coefficient, reduces whole sintering temperature, and protects the glaze of crystalline layer and surface graphene particles after polishing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide glaze-modified polishing ceramic tile involves mixing graphene oxide slurry, water softener and water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a mixture (M1), adding glaze powder, methyl compound powder, mixture (M1) and grinding balls to a ball mill tank, ball-milling to obtain glaze (A), uniformly coating the glaze (A) on a ceramic component, drying, adding water softener, water, glaze powder, methyl compound powder and grinding balls to the ball-milling tank, ball-milling to obtain glaze (B), uniformly coating the glaze (B) on the dried ceramic component, drying, placing the dried coated ceramic component in a roller kiln, sintering at 900-1400degrees Celsius for 50 minutes, and polishing glaze layer formed using the glaze (B) on the obtained graphene oxide glaze-modified polished tile initial product.polishing obtained graphene oxide glaze-modified polished tile initial product, and removing the glaze layer formed using the glaze (B). The glaze (A) comprises 0.33-9.71 wt.% graphene oxide slurry, 0.19-0.37 wt.% water softener, 22.81-26.84 wt.% water, 0.05-0.18 wt.% methyl compound powder, and remaining glaze powder. The glaze (B) comprises 0.19-0.37 wt.% water softener, 22.81-26.84 wt.% water, 0.05-0.18 wt.% methyl compound powder, and remaining glaze powder.
