NOVELTY - The method for preparing supercritical fluid micro-foaming material, involves uniformly mixing thermoplastic elastomer material, graphene and cellulose nanowhiskers to form thermoplastic elastomer mixture, melting thermoplastic elastomer mixture in twin-screw extruder, sealing in foaming mold and carrying out supercritical fluid micro-foaming process to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing supercritical fluid micro-foaming material used for protective material of human body. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of high-strength and lightweight supercritical fluid micro-foaming material with increased absorption rate and shortened saturation time.
