NOVELTY - Preparing gas molecule detecting film involves obtaining aqueous graphene film with a thickness of not more than 60 nm by suction filtration on the anodic aluminum oxide base film. The anodic aluminum oxide base film with the graphene film attached to the surface is placed on the water surface with the surface of the graphene oxide film facing up. The anodic aluminum oxide base film is pressed to sink the anodic aluminum oxide base film, and the graphene oxide film floats on the water surface. The silicon substrate is used to lift the graphene oxide film floating on the water surface from the bottom up, so that the graphene film is laid on the surface of the substrate. USE - Method for preparing gas molecule detecting film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare gas molecule detecting film with high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The moisture in the graphene oxide film is evaporated at room temperature, so that the water content of the graphene oxide film is greater than 50 wt.%. The graphene oxide film is thawed after evaporation to detach the graphene oxide film from the surface of the silicon wafer. The graphene oxide film is reduced so that its conductivity is greater than 50 S/cm.
