▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Improving graphite interlayer distance, comprises (i) placing the graphite oxide in a cobalt-60 irradiation source chamber, (ii) carrying out irradiation for 16-3000 hours, where the irradiation dose rate of 0.6x 103-6x 103 Gy/h, and radiation dosage of ~g ray is 1x 105-2x 106 Gy, and (iii) peeling a surface of the graphite oxide to obtain graphene nano-sheets. USE - The method is useful for improving graphite interlayer distance with high efficiency. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes ~g ray particle exhibiting high energy and strong penetrating power; improves the layers of the graphite oxide when the oxygen in the air reacts with graphite oxide film layer, thus highly improves the interlayer distance of the graphite oxide; reduces the average number of layers of graphene nano-sheet and enhances surface area of the obtained graphene nano sheet; improves a ratio of a single layer after ultra-sonic treatment, to obtain high quality functional graphene material; is simple, highly efficient, economical, environmentally friendly and suitable for large scale production.
