NOVELTY - In-situ synthesis of three-dimensional graphene reinforced copper matrix composite material comprises taking copper nitrate trihydrate as copper source and glucose or citric acid as carbon source, taking carbon and copper, mixing sodium from sodium chloride and copper, adding deionized water, dissolving, stirring, freeze-drying, grinding, sieving, heating, cooling, filtering, washing, removing sodium chloride, vacuum-drying, adding to ethanol solution, stirring, ultrasonically treating, stirring, vacuum-drying, heating, cooling, placing in graphite mold and vacuum hot-pressure sintering. USE - Method for in-situ synthesis of three-dimensional graphene reinforced copper matrix composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has good dispersibility and toughness, and excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - In-situ synthesis of three-dimensional graphene reinforced copper matrix composite material comprises taking copper nitrate trihydrate as copper source and glucose or citric acid as carbon source, taking carbon and copper at mol ratio of 3: 1-4: 1, mixing sodium from sodium chloride and copper at mol ratio of 100: 1-200: 1, adding deionized water, dissolving, magnetic force stirring to obtain transparent precursor solution, freeze-drying to obtain dry solid powder, grinding, sieving, heating to 600-800 degrees C under protective atmosphere for 1-3 hours, fastly cooling, filtering, washing, removing sodium chloride, vacuum-drying, adding to ethanol solution, magnetic force stirring, ultrasonically treating in water bath at 70 degrees C for more than 0.5 hour, stirring, vacuum-drying at 80 degrees C, heating at 600-800 degrees C for 1-3 hours, cooling, placing in graphite mold and vacuum hot-pressure sintering at 600-1000 degrees C for 0.2-1 hour.
