NOVELTY - Antibacterial porous ceramic microbead comprises 25-28 wt.% silica sol, 21-23 wt.% methyltrimethoxysilane, 4-5 wt.% sodium hydroxide solution, 1-1.5 wt.% graphene dispersion, 13-15 wt.% filler, 13-15 wt.% pigment, 0.8-1 wt.% weak acid, 1-3 wt.% microsphere foaming agent, 4-5 wt.% isopropanol and deionized water (remaining amount). The filler includes calcined kaolin, heavy calcium, mica powder, talc powder, silicon micropowder, whisker silicon, and/or aluminum oxide powder. The pigment includes titanium dioxide. The weak acid comprises formic acid. The microsphere foaming agent includes Akzo 951DU120 and/or Matsumoto(Heat expandable microspheres) sebum F103K. USE - Antibacterial porous ceramic microbead for use as a functional filler for insulating heat and sound. ADVANTAGE - The method greatly reduces preparation temperature and energy consumption and the steps are simple.
