NOVELTY - The manufacturing method involves evaporating a graphene on a metallic board and contacting a porous fiber material on the lower-side of the metallic board. The porous fiber is bonded and forms a porous fiber (100) in a solvent and removing a metallic board so that the solvent remains on the porous fiber. The porous fiber is processed. A carbon material is coated on the upper surface of the graphene. The solvent used for processing the porous is ferric chloride (FeCl3). USE - Manufacturing method of porous catalyst electrode of dye-sensitized solar cell, and the fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The flexibility and durability of the electrode is excellent. The electrochemical principles are maintained. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the porous catalyst electrode.
