NOVELTY - Lithium iron phosphate material comprises a lithium iron phosphate substrate layer and a coating layer. The lithium iron phosphate substrate layer is lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4). The coating layer is composed of three layers of materials. The conductive carbon material is close to the lithium iron phosphate substrate layer. The middle layer is indium oxide (In2O3). The outermost layer is zirconium dioxide (ZrO2). The total thickness of the coating layer is 2.5-20 nm. USE - Used as lithium iron phosphate material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good electrical conductivity. The method is simple, low cost and is environmentally friendly.
