▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of a composite, electromagnetic shielding material having asymmetric structure, involves: 1) forming a magnetic conductive polymer matrix which is subjected to foaming treatment which involves dipping the magnetic conductive polymer matrix in supercritical fluid, at low temperature and pressure conditions, applying the fluid rapidly at foaming temperature, after releasing the pressure, to form a porous polymer matrix; 2) coating a conductive metal electromagnetic shielding layer on the surface of one side of porous polymer matrix, under pressure which is more than or equal to the foaming pressure. USE - Method is used for preparing composite, electromagnetic shielding material used in electromagnetic shielding device (claimed) used in electronic communication equipment, aerospace, medical applications etc. ADVANTAGE - The method based on bubble process, enables to form a uniform cell structure inside the matrix material, so that the electromagnetic wave entering the material is repeatedly reflected and scattered to extend its attenuation path. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the composite, electromagnetic shielding material.
