NOVELTY - The preparation method of anti-UV functional cotton fabric involves: (a) soaking a cotton fabric in sodium hydroxide solution, taking out, washing and drying; (b) adding graphene oxide and a penetrating agent into deionized water, uniformly mixing, and then carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30 minutes to obtain a graphene oxide suspension; (c) mixing sodium tungstate (Na5H3W6O2, adding deionized water, mixing uniformly, and adjusting the pH value to 5-6 to obtain sodium m-tungstate solution; (d) soaking the cotton fabric in sodium m-tungstate solution for 15-30 minutes, taking out, cleaning and drying; (e) immersing the cotton fabric in the graphene oxide suspension for 15-30 minutes, taking out, then washing and drying; and (f) processing the steps (d) and (e) as an assembly cycle, immersing the cotton fabric into sodium hydrosulfite solution for reduction reaction after the cycle is carried out for 8-12 times, and taking out the cotton fabric, washing and drying. USE - Preparation method of anti-UV functional cotton fabric. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple and suitable for industrial popularization. The cotton fabric has moisture absorption, air permeability, fine hand feeling, excellent UV resistance, and good washing resistance.
