NOVELTY - A bio-engineering plastic comprises 60-70 pts. wt. chitosan-fluorenone polycondensate, 30-40 pts. wt. polyhydroxy fatty acid ester, 5-8 pts. wt. biomass-based graphene and 1-3 pts. wt. KH-560 (RTM: 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane). USE - Bio-engineering plastic. ADVANTAGE - The bio-engineering plastic has high strength, high mechanical modulus, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, electrical resistance, flame retardance, fatigue resistance, low thermal modification, weather resistance, impact resistance, heat resistance, dimensional stability and is energy-saving and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the bio-engineering plastic, which involves mixing the raw materials uniformly, adding the mixture into twin-screw extruder and extrusion molding.
