▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Hardening stainless steel surface comprises taking stainless steel sleeve base body, removing surface oil stain, ultrasonically cleaning with deionized water for 20-30 minutes, cleaning and drying, performing ultrasonic rolling on surface of the sleeve base body, taking the sleeve base body after ultrasonic rolling, carburizing the surface to form carburized layer, where process parameters of the carburizing layer comprises voltage is 600 V, gas is mixture of hydrogen and methane, and the mass ratio of the hydrogen and methane is (96-98):(2-4), raising the temperature to 500-520℃ at heating speed of 2-3℃/minute when carburizing, where the pressure is 200-300 Pa, and the carburizing time is 50 hours, taking the sleeve base body after carburization, and brightening the surface to obtain finished product sleeve. USE - The method is useful for hardening stainless steel surface. ADVANTAGE - The ultrasonic rolling treatment is performed on the surface of the stainless steel when preparing. The method increases the infiltration depth of the subsequent steps of carburizing, co-infiltrating, and nitriding, so as to promote its ion infiltration, and improves the surface hardening effect of stainless steel alloy, so that the prepared stainless steel sleeve has thicker infiltration layer thickness, better surface hardness, toughness and wear-resistance.
