NOVELTY - Mold having graphene coating film, which is coated on the surface of metal substrate. USE - Mold for molding curved glass (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The mold has high content of metal material, high production efficiency, excellent physical/chemical stability, improves performance, and protects metal that improve anti-corrosion property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for molding curved glass, which involves: (A) preparing graphene material from graphite or modifying graphene material to form a positively or negatively charged graphene material, where metal surface comprising one or combination of graphene material and charged graphene material; (B) depositing treated composition on surface of metal substrate to form graphene coating film; and (C) carrying out heat treatment of graphene coating film.
