▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene heating sheet comprises a metal sheet (1), the first surface of the metal sheet is provided with a graphene heating layer (2), and the second surface of the metal sheet is provided with a thermal insulation layer (3). The graphene heating layer is formed by coating and drying the graphene heating slurry. The graphene heating slurry includes silicone resin, conductive agent, graphene, first dispersing agent, first defoamer, leveling agent and wetting agent. The thermal insulating layer is formed by coating and drying thermal insulating slurry. USE - The graphene heating sheet is useful in heating pad, heating clothes, heating glove, and heating underwear for maintaining human body in warm environment. ADVANTAGE - The graphene heating sheet: solves problem that the existing heating sheet mainly uses metal alloy as the heating body, causing heating sheet heating speed is slow, and does not capable of satisfying user using requirement of the technical problem. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene heating sheet comprising (1) preparing metal sheet, (2) pre-stirring and mixing silicone resin and conductive agent, and adding graphene for stirring and mixing, adding first dispersing agent, first defoaming agent, leveling agent and wetting agent for stirring and mixing to obtain a graphene heating slurry, applying graphene heating slurry to first surface of the metal sheet and drying for a preset time, and forming graphene heating layer on first surface of the metal sheet, and (3) coating thermal insulating slurry on the second surface of the metal sheet and drying for a preset time, and forming a thermal insulating layer on second surface of the metal sheet to obtain graphene heating sheet.
