NOVELTY - A green environmental protection composite modified plastic comprises 20-40 pts. wt., preferably 30 pts. wt. polypropylene, 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 15 pts. wt. modified phenolic resin, 5-15 pts. wt., preferably 10 pts. wt. perlite tailings, 4-12 pts. wt., preferably 8 pts. wt. silicon micropowder, 3-9 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 15 pts. wt. superfine barium, 5-12 pts. wt., preferably 9 pts. wt. graphene, 4-10 pts. wt., preferably 7 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-6 pts. wt., preferably 4 pts. wt. nano-sized silica, and 1-6 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. anti-wear agent. USE - Green environmental protection composite modified plastic. ADVANTAGE - The obtained plastic has excellent wear resistance, pressure resistance, flame retardant performance, and low production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of green environmentally-friendly composite modified plastic, which involves (A) mixing perlite tailings, silicon micropowder, titanium white powder, ultrafine bismuth, graphene, nano-scale silica, grinding into a grinder, and passing through a 80 mesh sieve to obtain a mixture (A), (B) mixing the polypropylene, modified phenolic resin, plasticizer, anti-wear agent, and adding to the stirred tank at high and low speed mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture (B), and (C) adding mixture (B) to the mixture (A), mixing and extruding in a twin-screw extruder at an extrusion temperature of 220-240 degrees C, and the extruded particles are modified plastics.
