▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing wear-resistant ceramic tiles using recycled waste materials comprises (i) taking 35-40 pts. wt. waste ceramic tiles, 10-20 pts. wt. potassium sodium feldspar, 5-10 pts. wt. calcined grog clay, 3-6 pts. wt. burned talc, 3-6 pts. wt. nano-needle-type modified hydroxyapatite based on whiskers, 1-5 pts. wt. barium oxide, and 25-30 pts. wt. treated modified solution, (ii) introducing potassium sodium feldspar, calcined grog clay, burned talc, modified nano-needle-type hydroxyapatite, and barium oxide into a ball mill for ball milling until the particle size is less than 100 mesh, (iii) placing ball-milled material in treated modified solution and stirring, (iv) pressing the product into a molded shape using a pressure of 20-30 MPa to obtain a molded ceramic tile body, (v) placing molded ceramic tile body in a sintering furnace for sintering treatment. USE - Method for preparing ceramic tile with wear-resisting function by taking recycled waste material as raw material. Uses include e.g. ceramic tile made of refractory metal oxide and semi-metal oxide, acid-alkali-resistant ceramic or stone, building or decorative material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides ceramic tile with wear-resisting function by using recycled waste material as raw material. The method does not adopt treatment modified liquid treatment, the strength of the product, the wear-resistant property is obviously reduced, processing the modified liquid can be added with nano-needle-shaped apatite modified by crystal whisker to have synergistic effect with the product. The performance of product is enhanced, in addition, the processing modified liquid is graphene by carbon nano tube.
