▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of highly dispersed graphene organic dispersion involves providing (110) mixture containing graphite material and organic solvent and performing peeling process (120) to mixture. The highly dispersed graphene organic dispersion contains single-layered graphene. The peeling process involves peeling (120a) to the mixture in closed reaction tank at temperature of more than 5-50 degrees C above a boiling point of organic solvent to form graphene solution, and dispersing (120b) graphene solution at 5-40 degrees C to form (130) highly dispersed graphene organic dispersion. USE - Production of highly dispersed graphene organic dispersion used for forming layer of graphene material (all claimed) for electrical product. ADVANTAGE - The method provides highly dispersed graphene organic dispersion having excellent aging stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of highly dispersed graphene organic dispersion involves providing a mixture containing graphite material and organic solvent, and having solid content of 0.001-10 mg/ml, and performing peeling process to the mixture. The highly dispersed graphene organic dispersion contains 75% or more of single-layered graphene. The peeling process involves peeling to the mixture in a closed reaction tank at a temperature of more than 5-50 degrees C above a boiling point of organic solvent for 10 minutes to 4 hours to form graphene solution, and dispersing graphene solution at 5-40 degrees C to form highly dispersed graphene organic dispersion. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene material, which consists of a substrate layer, and a graphene layer provided on 1 or more surfaces of the substrate layer. The graphene layer is made by subjecting highly dispersed graphene organic dispersion to coating process. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart explaining the method of producing highly dispersed graphene organic dispersion.
