NOVELTY - The electrochemical activation of graphene-positive electrode material comprises using graphene-based material as a positive electrode, adding a negative electrode, a diaphragm and an electrolyte, assembling into a lithium ion capacitor, performing constant current charging and discharging or cyclic voltammetry processing in a certain voltage range for the lithium-ion capacitor, where the voltage range of the constant current charge and discharge or the cyclic voltageammetry treatment, the upper limit voltage is higher than or equal to the rated voltage of the lithium ion capacitance, and the lower limiting voltage is greater than or equivalent to the lowest working voltage. USE - Electrochemical activation method of graphene-based positive electrode material and lithium ion capacitor used in electrochemical energy storage device such as lithium ion battery and super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method improves and controls the specific capacity of the graphite alkenyl material positive electrode by controlling the electrochemical activation of the upper limit voltage. The method is simple and has high controllability. The lithium ion capacitor using the electrochemically activated graphene-based positive electrode material as the positive electrode can be directly charged and discharged without additional disassembly and assembly.
