▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A catalyst is heated to 800-950 degrees C at 8-12 degrees C/minute under nitrogen protection, roasted, and reduced. The catalyst is a transition metal hydroxide loaded on graphene oxide carrier. The atmosphere is switched to methane and carbon nanotubes are grown by reacting for 5 minutes in nitrogen atmosphere, and cooled to room temperature to obtain carbon nanotubes/graphene sandwich structural material. USE - Preparation of carbon nanotubes/graphene sandwich structural material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of regular three-dimensional carbon nanotubes/graphene composite within 5 minutes, using economical methane as carbon source, without requiring hydrogen-reduction catalyst.
