▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor (100) has a graphene layer (20) formed on a substrate (10), where a change in resistance is sensed by a three-dimensional conductive polymer structure (30) formed on the graphene layer in a form of fine fibers having an irregular axial direction. The three-dimensional conductive polymer structure is made of a conductive polymer selected from poly 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene, polyaniline, and polypyrrole, where the substrate is a glass substrate or a printed circuit board. USE - Sensor for detecting gas in oil in a transformer. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has simple structure, explosion-proof characteristics and low power consumption, and prevents equipment failure or accidents by determining deterioration state through real-time condition diagnosis of power facilities and executing appropriate replacement cycle according to lifespan of the transformer. The sensor can measure gas in oil at room temperature. The sensor provides a monitoring system that can be checked in real time and more conveniently for diagnosing life of the transformer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a gas sensor for detecting gas in oil in a transformer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of a gas sensor for detecting gas in oil in a transformer. 10Substrate 20Graphene layer 30Three-dimensional conductive polymer structure 100Gas sensor
