▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing oxidized graphene-attapulgite compound modifier involves adding 1.5g attapulgite to 100ml mixed solution of ethanol and water, and adding 1g silane coupling agent dropwise. The mixture is stirred and refluxed at 80 degrees C for 4 hours. The lower layer of the mixture is precipitated after the completion of the reaction, centrifuged, washed multiple times, and subjected to vacuum drying to obtain modified attapulgite. USE - Method for preparing oxidized graphene-attapulgite compound modifier used in polymer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare oxidized graphene-attapulgite compound modifier, which significantly promotes the homogeneous dispersion of the attapulgite in the polymer, and improves the thermodynamic performance of the polymer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing oxidized graphene-attapulgite compound modifier involves adding 1.5g attapulgite to 100ml mixed solution of ethanol and water, and adding 1g silane coupling agent dropwise. The mixture is stirred and refluxed at 80 degrees C for 4 hours. The lower layer of the mixture is precipitated after the completion of the reaction, centrifuged, washed multiple times, and subjected to vacuum drying to obtain modified attapulgite. The obtained modified attapulgite is mixed with oxidized graphene, and dispersed uniformly by ultrasonic dispersion, centrifuged, and dried to obtain an oxidized graphene-attapulgite composite modifier. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for blending a modified polymer with composite modifier, which involves adding 0.98g polymer to 40ml solvent, heating to a temperature of 80 degrees C to obtain a homogeneous polymer, stirring the mixture at 80 degrees C for 4 hours, sonicating for 30 minutes, and evaporating the solvent to 20ml; and pouring the reaction solution into a polytetrafluoroethylene mold, drying at 34 degrees C for 48 hours, subjecting to pre-filming followed by drying at 80 degrees C for 12 hours, and vacuum drying at 100 degrees CC for 12 hours to obtain a polymer-graphene-attapulgite composite film; and (2) a method for subjecting a modified polymer to melt blending by using the composite modifier, which involves adding the polymer pellets and the composite modifier to a torque rheometer for melt blending, extruding and granulating the obtained melt, and finally tabletting on a flat vulcanizing machine to obtain a polymer-graphene-attapulgite composite material with a thickness of 2mm.
