NOVELTY - Producing graphene-coated basalt fiber involves preparing an aqueous solution of graphene oxide, mounting basalt fibers on the copper sheet, performing electrophoretic deposition of the graphene oxide aqueous solution on the basalt fiber and reducing the deposited graphene oxide. USE - Method for producing graphene-coated basalt fiber for basalt fiber reinforced composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce graphene-coated basalt fiber, which has high reproducibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a basalt fiber reinforced composite material, which comprises graphene coated basalt fiber and matrix resin.
