UV absorber, 0.01-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 5-10 pts. wt. filler masterbatch, and 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. nucleating agent. USE - Plastic woven bag for packing of soil contaminated by nuclear accidents. ADVANTAGE - The plastic woven bag has excellent weather resistance, UV resistance, radiation resistance, and long service life. The plastic woven bag can be used for long time under special conditions such as strong nuclear radiation energy, rain, snow, and sunlight. The plastic woven bag has strength of 50% or more under special conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of plastic woven bag which involves dry blending of polypropylene pellets, special carbon black, graphene, ultraviolet absorber, antioxidant, filler masterbatch and nucleating agent in dry mixer, stirring, drying at 50-60 degrees C for 30-60 minutes to obtain blend, transferring the blend to the extruder, heating at 250-260 degrees C using extruder, shearing by screw and barrel, extruding into molten film using die, cooling at 25-35 degrees C, cutting by blade to form raw silk, stretching the raw silk through hot box at 80-150 degrees C to form a flat yarn, heating the flat yarn on hot roller at 150-180 degrees C, cooling at 20-50 degrees C using cold roller, winding the silk on roller, weaving the rolled flat yarn into cylindrical woven bag using loom, cutting the cylindrical woven bag into woven bag of required specifications, and sewing the mouth of the bag.
