▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The laser has a pumping source i.e. fiber coupled semiconductor laser, focused on a gain medium i.e. Neodymium:Vanadium yttrium tetraoxide crystal, through a coupling system i.e. coupling lens group, where light emitted from the gain medium and a graphene saturable absorption device through an optical resonant cavity is used for outputting pulse laser. The pumping source outputs pumping light that is coupled and focused on the gain medium through the coupling lens group. An input end surface of the Neodymium:Vanadium yttrium tetraoxide crystal is plated with an anti-reflection film and a high-reflection film. An output end surface of the Neodymium:Vanadium yttrium tetraoxide crystal is plated with an anti-reflection film. USE - Graphene saturable absorption device based voltage controllable all-solid-state passive Q-switched laser.
