NOVELTY - Folic acid-phosphorylcholine oligomer-modified graphene oxide (I) is new. USE - Folic acid-phosphorylcholine oligomer-modified graphene oxide used for preparing drug for treating tumor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product can induce hepatic arterial thrombosis; plays a role in embolization of tumor tissue; kills cancer cells; has more simple and more excellent chemotherapy effect; and avoids side effect caused by chemotherapy medicine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Folic acid-phosphorylcholine oligomer-modified graphene oxide of formula (I) is new. R1,R3=H or CH3; R2,R4=CxH2x+1; x=2-4 where phosphorylcholine-containing acrylate and amino-containing acrylate are the two monomers involved in polymerization; and m:n=1-10. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (A) preparation of folic acid-phosphorylcholine oligomer-modified graphene oxide; and (B) application of folic acid-phosphorylcholine oligomer-modified graphene oxide comprising loading anti-tumor chemotherapeutic agents on the surface of folic acid-phosphorylcholine oligomer-modified graphene for embolization of tumor blood vessels and release of antineoplastic agents.
