NOVELTY - Enhanced oxidation graphene oxide/titanium dioxide-silicon dioxide composite film involves preparing the oxide dispersion graphene, preparing an adhesive solution, preparing oxidized graphene oxide/titanium dioxide-silicon dioxide composite solution, and adding the adhesive solution obtained to the oxidized graphene oxide/titanium dioxide-silicon dioxide composite sol obtained in the stirring uniformly, to obtain the oxidized graphene oxide/titanium dioxide-silicon dioxide composite sol containing adhesive agent, adding dry the composite sol obtained in mixing uniformly, then adding diluent stirring uniformly to obtain the enhanced oxide graphene diluting graphene oxide/titanium dioxide-silicon dioxide composite sol, pre-processing porous ceramic as supporting the body, then using composite sol obtained to dip coating, the pre-processed supporting body, then roasting after drying to obtain the enhanced oxidized graphene GO/TiO2-SiO2 composite film.
