NOVELTY - The preparation of aerogel involves preparing graphene oxide/titanium oxide or chitosan, mixed solution of silica and tin oxide, dispersing aqueous solution of graphene oxide, mixing glacial acetic acid successively in distilled water to obtain mixed solution, dissolving chitosan powder or titanium dioxide, silica and tin oxide in mixed solution, dissolving polyvinyl alcohol and filler in water, adding to mixed solution, obtaining foaming solution, adding crosslinking agent to foaming solution, adding foaming agent and catalyst, mixing gel solution and curing. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide-polyvinyl alcohol hybrid aerogel used for industrial wastewater treatment. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares graphene oxide-polyvinyl alcohol hybrid aerogel by simple and easy operation, with excellent absorbent capacity, high hydrophilicity and adsorption rate. The aerogel is prepared with simple process equipment and low cost raw materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene oxide-polyvinyl alcohol hybrid aerogel involves preparing graphene oxide/titanium oxide or chitosan, mixed solution of silica and tin oxide, preparing foaming solution, preparing gel solution and graphene oxide/titanium oxide or chitosan, preparing tin oxide and silica polyvinyl alcohol hybrid aerogel, dispersing 1-10 wt.% aqueous solution of graphene oxide, ultrasonically vibrating for 0.5-2 hours, adding dispersed graphene oxide, mixing glacial acetic acid successively in distilled water in the mass ratio of 1:(1-3) to obtain mixed solution, dissolving chitosan powder or titanium dioxide, silica and tin oxide in mixed solution, mixing for 1-10 hours, dissolving polyvinyl alcohol and filler in distilled water, stirred at 70-100 degrees C in water bath for 0.5-3 hours, completely dissolving, adding to the resulting graphene oxide/chitosan or titanium dioxide and the mixed solution of silica and tin oxide, obtaining foaming solution, adding crosslinking agent to self-foaming solution, adding foaming agent and catalyst, stirring, mixing gel solution, uniformly mixing gel solution poured into a mold and curing at 40-80 degrees C for 1-3 hours. The transverse dimension of graphene oxide is 0.5-30 microns, and the thickness is 10 nm. The concentration of graphene oxide in the mixed solution is 0.1-5%. The content of chitosan powder or titanium dioxide, silica and tin oxide is 0.1-5%. The particle size of titanium dioxide is -20 to 200 microns, and silica particle size is -40 to 300 nm, tin oxide particle diameter is -60 to 500 microns. Mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol, filler and water is 1:(1-5):1. The concentration of polyvinyl alcohol in foaming solution is 5-15 wt.%. The weight ratio of polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan or titanium dioxide, silica and tin oxide 1:(1-5):1. The mass ratio of chitosan and graphene oxide is 1:(1-10):1. Filler is soluble starch or talc. The volume ratio of crosslinking agent and foaming solution is 1:(2-5). The volume ratio of crosslinking agent, blowing agent and catalyst is 1:(0.5-1):(0.5-2). The crosslinking agent includes formaldehyde and glutaraldehyde. Blowing agents include pentane, azodicarbonamide and benzene sulfonyl hydrazide. Catalysts include sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and glacial acetic acid.
