NOVELTY - Preparing a flame-retardant embroidery, comprises (i) blending the modified nylon fiber, flame retardant viscose fiber and aramid fiber into a single yarn according to the weight ratio of 1:5:4, and twisting the two single yarns according to the Z/S twist direction to form a single yarn, and weaving 95% fabric tightness on the machine to obtain flame retardant embroidery base fabric, (ii) pre-treating the embroidery base fabric with a silane coupling agent solution for 10-15 minutes, and drying, (iii) printing the embroidery pattern on the embroidery base cloth, placing the embroidery base cloth on the embroidery machine, and embroidering the embroidery machine according to the pre-designed pattern, and sewing the embroidery, and (iv) immersing the embroidery in the flame retardant finishing solution for padding, immersing the embroidered embroidery, washing with distilled water, and placing in a drying box at 50-70degrees Celsius for drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing flame-retardant embroidery. ADVANTAGE - The method minimizes the rate of flame propagation and improves safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a flame-retardant embroidery, comprises (i) blending the modified nylon fiber, flame retardant viscose fiber and aramid fiber into a single yarn according to the weight ratio of 1:5:4, and twisting the two single yarns according to the Z/S twist direction to form a single yarn, setting the warp density to be 370-390 pieces/10cm, setting the weft density of the weft to be 260-280/10cm, adopting 3/1 twill weave, and weaving 95% fabric tightness on the machine to obtain flame retardant embroidery base fabric, (ii) pre-treating the embroidery base fabric with a silane coupling agent solution for 10-15 minutes, and drying at 40-60degrees Celsius for 10-30 minutes, (iii) printing the embroidery pattern on the embroidery base cloth, placing the embroidery base cloth on the embroidery machine, and embroidering the embroidery machine according to the pre-designed pattern, and sewing the embroidery, and (iv) immersing the embroidery in the flame retardant finishing solution for padding, immersing the embroidered embroidery after padding at a temperature of 40-60degrees Celsius for 8-10 hours according to the bath ratio of 5:1, washing with distilled water, and placing in a drying box at 50-70degrees Celsius for drying.
