USE - Lead telluride cubic particles/graphene composite is useful as thermoelectric material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lead telluride cubic particles/graphene composite has excellent thermoelectric performance characteristics. The composite can be prepared by a simple, economical and quick method with low energy consumption. Sintering of lead telluride nanoparticles is prevented during heat-treatment. Effective phonon scattering is maintained. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of lead telluride cubic particles/graphene composite, which involves dissolving tellurium or tellurium-containing compound and lead-containing compound in deionized water or organic solvent, adding reducing agent and pH regulator, adding graphene, reacting, collecting solid product, washing, and drying.
