USE - The method is useful for preparing multi-effect water treatment agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has low production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing multi-effect water treatment agent comprises (i) adding carboxylation of graphene oxide sodium hydroxide and chloroacetic acid into 5 mg/ml aqueous graphene oxide solution, where ratio of graphene oxide aqueous solution, sodium hydroxide and chloroacetic acid is 1 l:2 g:2 g, then mixing for 4 hours, isolating, and washing to obtain carboxylated graphene oxide, (ii) mixing acrylamide oligomer graphene oxide graphene oxide and acrylamide oligomer in dimethyl sulfoxide, adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide, where ratio between dimethyl sulfoxide, graphene oxide, acrylamide oligomer and 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide is 1 l:8 g:90 g:50 g, reacting at 45 degrees C, isolating, and washing to obtain acrylamide oligomer grafted graphene oxide, and (iii) mixing acrylamide oligomer graft graphene oxide, polyacrylamide and polydimethylsilylpropylammonium chloride, reacting at 45 degrees C, naturally cooling to room temperature, adding polyaluminum silicate and sodium bicarbonate, and mixing, where multi-effect water treatment agent comprises 4 pts. wt. acrylamide oligomer graphene oxide, 20 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 40 pts. wt. poly aluminum silicate, 25 pts. wt. polydimethyldipropylammonium chloride and 5 pts. wt. sodium bicarbonate.
