NOVELTY - Preparing high dispersing graphite alkenyl conductive silica gel involves adding graphite oxide into water, ultrasonic peeling to form graphene oxide water suspension, adding aluminum salt into graphene oxide aqueous suspension, dispersing ultrasonically to form A solution, preparing precipitant solution, and adding dispersant to form B solution. The A solution and B solution are mixed, stirred to obtain gray precipitate, filtered, washed gray precipitate, dried, and calcined to obtain graphene/aluminum oxide composite filler. The coupling agent solution and graphene/aluminum oxide composite filler are added, stirred, filtered, washed, and dried to obtain coupling agent-modified graphene/aluminum oxide composite filler. The coupling agent-modified graphene/aluminum oxide composite filler is added with silicone rubber matrix and auxiliary agent, and vulcanized to obtain high dispersing graphene thermal conductive silica gel. USE - Method for preparing high dispersing graphite alkenyl conductive silica gel. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare high dispersing graphite alkenyl conductive silica gel that improves graphene as dispersion of heat conducting filler and heat conducting performance.
