NOVELTY - Graphene electric heating film is prepared by (a) coating a graphene heating film on the surface of the first insulating substrate of the electric heating film, and implanting copper electrodes on opposite sides of the graphene heating film, and arranging the graphene heating film and the copper electrodes at intervals, (b) printing the bridge electrode on the surface of the graphene heating film and the copper electrode to prepare a copper/bridge-graphene-substrate composite, and (c) covering the copper/bridge-graphene-substrate composite on the surface of the second insulating substrate, and rolling and encapsulating. USE - The graphene electric heating film is used for floor heating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene electric heating film has excellent contact with the bridge electrode and the copper electrode, significantly reduces the contact resistance between the bridge electrode and the copper current-carrying electrode surface, improves the anti-stripping performance, effectively solves the risk of fire caused by the edge of the heating element, improves the energy utilization rate, is more conducive to the realization of full-process automatic production, and prevents abnormalities in the copper electrode compounding process that are likely to occur in the traditional production process.
