▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing porous silicon carbide as filler/modified titanium dioxide composite photo-catalyst involves adding 20 milligrams graphene oxide into 5mL absolute ethanol and 15mL de-ionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 20 minutes and preparing graphene oxide solution A. The 60 mg titanium oxide is added in 5 mL anhydrous ethanol, dispersed for 30 minutes ultrasonically. The oxidized graphene solution A is added. The ammonia water is added to adjust pH value of 9, ultrasonic dispersed continuously for 1 hours to obtain solution B. The 500 mg porous silicon carbide powder is used by de-ionized water and dried. The 5 mL of absolute ethylalcohol is added to 25 mL de-ionized water and ultrasonic dispersed for 1 hour. The mixture is added to solution B, uniformly stirred to obtain gel. The gel is transferred to sealed reaction kettle. The temperature speed is increased to 1 degrees C/minute, heated at 200 degrees C, reacted for 12 hours at 200 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing porous silicon carbide as filler/modified titanium dioxide composite photo-catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare porous silicon carbide as filler/modified titanium dioxide composite photo-catalyst that has good popularization and application prospect, and improves catalytic efficiency catalyze degradation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The obtained product is dried in environment box for 12 hours at 100 degrees C and grinded to obtain powdered porous siliconcarbide/modified titanium dioxide composite photocatalyst.
