NOVELTY - Method for producing straw-based activated carbon involves (a) adding the selected straws into clean water and washing to remove impurities mixed in the straws, and placing the washed straws in the sun to dry, reducing the water in the straw, (b) adding the dried straw into a pulverizer, crushing the straw into granules, and semi-dry silaging the crushed straw particles, (c) adding the semi-dry silage straw particles into a dryer for rapid drying, reducing the straw particles to 1-5%, (d) preparing zinc chloride impregnation solution, adding the dried straw particles into the prepared zinc chloride impregnation solution for impregnation, (e) adding the soaked straw particles into a high-frequency heating furnace, (f) adding the obtained primary activated carbon into the mixing equipment, and (g) adding the graphene activated carbon into the configured deionized water for cleaning, to obtain the product. USE - The method is used for producing straw-based activated carbon. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method produces activated carbon with high adsorption performance, and effectively improves the quality of straw-based activated carbon. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for producing straw-based activated carbon involves (a) adding the selected straws into clean water and washing to remove impurities mixed in the straws, and placing the washed straws in the sun to dry, reducing the water in the straw to 40-55%, and bundling the dried straw for use, (b) adding the dried straw into a pulverizer, crushing the straw into granules with a diameter of 20-30 mm, semi-dry silaging the crushed straw particles, (c) adding the semi-dry silage straw particles into a dryer for rapid drying to a constant weight, reducing the straw particles to 1-5%, (d) preparing the zinc chloride impregnation solution, adding the dried straw particles into the prepared zinc chloride impregnation solution for impregnation, the impregnation time is 24 hours, where the solid-liquid ratio is 1:3, and taking-out the straw particles for use after the impregnation is completed, (e) adding the soaked straw particles into a high-frequency heating furnace for high-frequency heating, the heating time is 40 minutes, after heating, taking out for cooling, and forming primary activated carbon after cooling, (f) adding the obtained primary activated carbon into the mixing equipment, adding graphene to the mixing device, turning on the mixing equipment to uniformly mix the primary activated carbon and graphene to form graphene activated carbon, and (g) adding the graphene activated carbon into the configured deionized water for cleaning, and washing the pH of the graphene activated carbon to neutral, subjecting the washed graphene activated carbon to suction filtration, and after suction filtration, using a dryer for rapid drying, and drying to obtain the product.
