▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aluminum alloy surface hydrophobic coating contains 186-372 pts. wt. nickel hydroxide, 0.012-0.5 pt. wt. graphene oxide and 25.6-76.8 pts. wt. palmitic acid. The nickel hydroxide is nano-ball structure. The graphene oxide is sheet uniformly embedded between the nickel hydroxide nanospheres to form micro-nano composite structure. The graphene oxide sheet has diameter of 0.5-3 mu m, specific surface area of more than 1000 m2/g and oxygen content of 30-40%. USE - Aluminum alloy surface hydrophobic coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aluminum alloy surface hydrophobic coating is inexpensive and prepared by simple method, and has excellent hydrophobic effect and shear strength and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of aluminum alloy surface hydrophobic coating, which involves soaking aluminum alloy material in 0.5-2 mol/l dilute hydrochloric acid solution for 5-10 minutes, washing with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol and ultrasonically treating for 10-15 minutes and drying at 40-60 degrees C, then adding 0.02-0.04 mol/l nickel sulfate solution and 0.1-0.6 mol/l dilute hydrogen fluoride solution, adding graphene oxide to the solution and stirring, then dripping concentrated ammonia, adjusting the pH value of solution to 8-8.2, heating at 50-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours, again heating at 70-80 degrees C for 2-3 hours, removing aluminum alloy material, rinsing with deionized water until the surface is neutral, then placing in a vacuum oven and vacuum drying at 40-60 degrees C, placing coating sample in 0.01-0.03 mol/l palmitic acid ethanol solution to perform surface modification treatment, and drying at room temperature for 3-5 hours.
