▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Single strand DNA sensor comprises a substrate, a first electrode (210) and a second electrode (220) formed on the substrate, a graphene pattern (100) connected to the first electrode and the second electrode and provided with a single-stranded DNA, which is a target, and a driving and detection unit, which provides a radio frequency (RF) frequency signal to the graphene pattern and detects a change in electrical properties for the RF frequency signal. USE - The sensor is useful for detecting single strand DNA as target. ADVANTAGE - The sensor does not require a label, is free from contamination, and can quickly perform an inspection in an accurate manner with high detection sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing the sensor involves (a) forming a first electrode and a second electrode on a substrate, (b) forming a graphene pattern to be electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode, and (c) connecting the first electrode and the second electrode to the GSG probe.
