▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Anticorrosive and heat-insulating coating comprises 50-60 pts. wt. purified water, 1-2 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 2-3 pts. wt. preservative, 5-10 pts. wt. talc, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 5-10 pts. wt. porous powdered quartz, 5-10 pts. wt. heavy calcium carbonate, 30-50 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, 5-10 pts. wt. hollow glass beads, and 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Used as anticorrosive and heat-insulating coating. ADVANTAGE - The method: solves the problem of static electricity; does not affect anti-corrosion and heat-insulating properties of the coating; and provides architectural coating with good stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing an anticorrosive and thermal insulation coating comprising (S1) stirring the purified water, film-forming auxiliary agent, preservatives, and dispersants uniformly, and (S2) adding talc, antifoaming agent, porous powdered quartz, heavy calcium carbonate, hollow glass beads and graphene with the particle size controlled below 50 mu m under high-speed stirring, and finally adding styrene-acrylic emulsion to obtain a finished product
