NOVELTY - Antistatic power protection tube comprises 100-120 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 40-50 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene rubber, 1.6-2.5 pts. wt. dimorpholine tetrasulfide, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. p-tert-butyl phenol formaldehyde resin, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide, 3-4 pts. wt. sodium carbonate, 20-24 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. magnesium stearate and 0.5-0.6 pts. wt. dilauryl thiodipropionate. The preparation of modified graphene comprises adding the graphite oxide into N,N-dimethylformamide, dispersing ultrasonically to obtain dispersion liquid, adding modifier, reacting for 24 hours under the protection of nitrogen, using an aqueous ammonia to adjust the pH value to 9-10, heating to 95degrees Celsius, adding hydrazine hydrate and reacting for 1.5-1.6 hours and post-processing to obtain the modified graphene. USE - Used as antistatic power protection tube. ADVANTAGE - The antistatic power protection tube: has good antistatic ability and a better flame-retardant effect and can maintain mechanical properties and processing properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antistatic power protection tube, comprising (i) taking polyethylene resin, ethylene propylene diene rubber, dimorpholine tetrasulfide, magnesium oxide, p-tert-butyl phenol formaldehyde resin, 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide, sodium carbonate, modified graphene, magnesium stearate and dilauryl thiodipropionate; (ii) adding polyethylene resin, ethylene propylene diene rubber, dimorpholine tetrasulfide, magnesium oxide, p-tert-butylphenol formaldehyde resin, 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide and sodium carbonate into the mixer and mixing for 10 minutes at 55-60degrees Celsius to obtain a premix; (iii) adding modified graphene, di-n-octyltin dilaurate and dilauryl thiodipropionate into the premix and crosslinking at 80degrees Celsius for 4.5 hours to obtain a mixture; and (iv) extruding and pelletizing the mixture by a parallel twin-screw extruder, and extruding and molding the obtained pellets, cooling and cutting.
